Rules
This is a public leaderboard for European startups. No ads, no algorithm, no revenue share. You pay to stand above everyone else. Rank is the bid, and nothing else.
How ranking works
- Bids are whole euros, €2 minimum, €1 at a time.
- The largest bid is #1. Bidding under the top still puts you on the board, at whatever rank that bid buys.
- Equal bids keep the order they were placed. The older bid ranks higher.
- Enter the same link or @handle again to raise it back to #1. A raise only goes to the top: the new total must clear the current top by €1, and you pay only the difference between that total and what you have already paid. Nobody else gets your rank for that difference — a new listing pays its bid in full, and an existing one pays its own way up from its own total.
- A takeover costs 2× the current #1 and holds the first page for 3 hours. One runs at a time.
What counts as one listing
One thing, one listing, one running total. A link is identified by its domain, and on platforms that host many things, by the part of the path that names yours — app stores, code hosts, and profile platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Reddit, Medium and Substack. Two apps, two repos or two profiles never share a bid.
- Query strings are dropped, so tracking and affiliate parameters do not survive. Two exceptions: a Play Store link keeps its
idand a VS Code Marketplace link keeps itsitemName, because on those hosts the query is the whole identity. - An App Store or Chrome Web Store link has to carry the store's own id. A localised slug alone is refused, because it changes by country and would split one app across listings.
- On profile platforms, paste the profile or channel page, not a single post. A
youtube.com/watchormedium.com/p/…link is refused, and says so. - Link shorteners are refused. Checkout resolves them first; anything still shortened after that is turned away, so paste the destination.
- For X, paste the @handle or the profile URL. Either one lands on the same listing.
What you can list
- A product website or an X profile, from a company based in Europe. Nothing verifies that — it is an honour system. Listings that are not European are removed and refunded.
- No chat or invite links: Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord, Messenger, Signal, Slack invites. The board is for products and profiles, not group chats, and invite links rot within days.
- No adult sites.
After you pay
- Your listing is public, and a completed payment is what claims the rank.
- Clicks go straight to the URL or profile you submitted.
- Payment is handled by Polar as merchant of record, so your invoice and VAT come from them.
