eu-outbid.lol is a public leaderboard. You pay a euro amount and that amount is your position. There is no account to create and nothing to cancel. Using the site means accepting what is below.
What you are buying
- A place on the board at whatever rank your bid buys. Rank is the bid and nothing else — there is no algorithm, no editorial judgement, and no way to rank higher without paying more.
- Bids are whole euros, €2 minimum, €1 at a time. Bidding again on the same listing adds to its total; to reach first place the new total must clear the current top by €1, and you pay only the difference.
- A takeover holds the whole first page for 3 hours. Only one runs at a time; buy another while yours is live and it extends your window rather than starting a second one.
- Your rank is not guaranteed to last. Anyone may outbid you at any time, and that is the entire point of the board. You are buying a position at a price, not a position forever.
What you may list
A product website or an X profile, for a business based in Europe. We do not verify this — it is an honour system, and listings that are plainly not European get removed and refunded. The rules set out what is refused: chat and invite links, adult content, link shorteners, and individual posts rather than profile pages.
You confirm you are entitled to list the link you submit. We may remove anything that breaks the rules, is unlawful, or that we are required to remove — and we refund it when we do.
Payment
- Polar is the merchant of record. They take the payment, handle VAT and issue your invoice. Your contract for the payment itself is with them.
- A completed payment is what claims the rank. Nothing else does.
- Your listing goes live as soon as payment settles. By buying, you ask us to start immediately and accept that once your listing is on the board the service has been delivered, so the 14-day right of withdrawal no longer applies.
Refunds and disputes
If something goes wrong — a payment that did not appear, a listing showing the wrong thing, a charge you do not recognise — email alessandro@alessandroafloarei.com before opening a dispute or chargeback. It is faster, and we would rather fix it than argue about it.
Being outbid is not a fault and is not refundable. Nothing here limits any rights that cannot legally be excluded.
The service itself
The site is provided as it is, with no uptime guarantee. It is one page run by one person. We will keep it up and fix what breaks, but we do not promise it will never be down, and our liability for any claim is limited to what you paid us. Links on the board point to sites we do not control and do not endorse.
Changes, and the law that applies
These terms may change; the date at the top says when they last did, and a change never applies retroactively to a listing already paid for. Italian law applies, and nothing here removes the protections of the consumer law of the country you live in.
